The customer reported that the caller, who had a foreign accent, stated that they needed to perform a system update that would only take five minutes. Understandably, the customer found this request alarming, especially considering the difficulty in understanding the caller due to their accent.

We want to make it clear that Empire Access would never initiate such a call requesting access to your system with such urgency. We value the security and privacy of our customers above all else, and we take every precaution to ensure that your personal information remains protected.
