DirectPay is a service that allows you to pay your Empire Access bill on a recurring basis via direct debit from your selected savings or checking bank account.

Who can sign up for DirectPay?

All Empire Access customers are eligible to use DirectPay! All you need is an active checking or savings bank account.

What services are eligible for DirectPay?

DirectPay can be used in conjunction with any and all of the services you have with Empire Access.

How does DirectPay work?

Empire Access establishes a secure electronic funds transfer relationship with your bank, whereby the appropriate amount due is deducted from your bank account and credited to your Empire services account. The transaction will take place five business days prior to the due date. You will continue to receive a monthly statement that reflects the payment to be automatically withdrawn from your account.

How can I sign up for Direct Pay?

You can download, print and return a DirectPay enrollment form found on our Website You may then deliver the form to our office and we will do the rest. You can also get an enrollment form from our office.
